Eligibility for Returns

The item was delivered damaged or defective
The wrong item was delivered
The product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Clearance or discounted items
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Once your request is approved, our team will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item
