and fitness products across the UAE with care, speed, and reliability.
This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines,
charges, and related terms so you can shop with complete confidence.


1. Shipping Locations

  • We ship across all seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates (UAE):
    Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah,
    and Fujairah.
  • International shipping is available on request. Please contact us
    at sales@fitnex.ae or +971 55 199 9650 for availability,
    timelines, and shipping charges.

2. Shipping Charges

We believe in transparent pricing. Here’s a clear breakdown of our
shipping charges within the UAE:

Large Equipment & Machines

For heavy or oversized items such as treadmills, cable machines,
multi-station gyms, and commercial equipment:

  • Delivery Charges: AED 100 – AED 500 (based on size, weight,
    and destination)
  • Installation Service: AED 150 – AED 1,000 (optional, based on
    product complexity)

The exact shipping and installation cost for large equipment will be
confirmed at checkout or by our team after order placement.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment
    confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends (Friday–Saturday) or public holidays will
    be processed on the next business day.
  • Large or customized gym equipment may require 3–7 business days
    of additional processing time.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Customer location
  • Courier availability
  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

5. Delivery Method

  • Orders are delivered through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.
  • For large gym equipment, delivery is arranged via our specialized transport services to ensure safe handling.
  • Installation services, where applicable, will be scheduled
    separately and communicated with the customer in advance.

6. Delivery Requirements

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information
    including full address, landmark, and active contact number.
  • Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order.
  • Fitnex is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to
    incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Customers are advised to inspect products at the time of delivery.
  • Any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be
    reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing
    sales@fitnex.ae or calling +971 55 199 9650.
  • Please provide clear photos or videos of the issue along with your
    order number.
  • Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect eligibility
    for replacement or return.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

Fitnex shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by
circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather
  • Traffic restrictions or road closures
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Government regulations or customs delays
  • Public holidays or national events

In such cases, we will keep you informed and make every effort to
deliver your order as soon as possible.


9. Failed Delivery & Reattempts

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or
    incorrect address, additional delivery charges of AED 25–AED 100
    may apply for reattempts.
  • Orders returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts may
    be subject to restocking fees (up to 15%) or reshipping fees.

10. Ownership & Risk

  • Ownership and risk of loss or damage to products pass to the customer
    upon successful delivery and acceptance.
  • For installation services, risk transfers after installation is
    complete and signed off by the customer.

11. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number
    via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order status by contacting our customer support

12. Changes to Shipping Policy

Fitnex reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at
any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective
immediately upon being posted on this page. We recommend reviewing
