Description

Liveup Agility Dots are a portable footwork training tool designed to enhance quickness and agility. It is similar to the agility cones in design, but it offers more variety of training patterns with its numberings. It is made from high-quality polyurethane, it does not deform over continued use is rigid to prevent sliding. The agility dots come in a set of 5 with each number between 1 to 5. The numbered dots are ideal for increasing coordination, mobility and agility and are therefore a perfect tool in athletic training and for use in team sports. Agility dot drills will greatly challenge your cardiovascular endurance as you increase the repetitions.
