• Interactive Workouts

  This T9 syncs not only with your Apple Watch, but also Peloton, Zwift, and JRNY. If you’re not into this kind of training, you can always just use a tablet to watch television while you walk and control the unit manually.

• Incline & Decline Abilities

  The Bowflex T9 offers a 15% incline to help you burn calories, increase your resting metabolic rate, ramp up cardiovascular conditioning level, and build muscle strength simultaneously. In my experience, this is great for High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) because you can ramp up and down quickly. Those prone to injuries will also find that going on an incline is far easier on their body as even a 1-2% gradient can help take some of the impact off the joints.
