Eligibility for Returns

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Once your request is approved, our team will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item
  • Fitnex.ae is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund
  • Once an order has been shipped or installed, cancellation is not possible

Commercial & Bulk Orders

Returns and refunds for commercial, bulk, or customized gym equipment are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to restocking fees.
